I still remember that fateful year—2007—when Kate Moss debuted her first collection with Topshop by wearing own covetable self-inspired designs: a sparkly vintage-like cape over a slinky black slip dress. *Sigh* It was so good. The supermodel-high street collab went on for three more years and then heartbreakingly stopped. But fast forward to October 2013 and fabulous news arrived: Kate and Topshop would collaborate once again.

While we still have to wait 28 more days for the designs to hit the Topshop floors and website (yes, I’m counting down to April 30), we can, however, take a look at this newly released, behind-the-scenes sneak peek video of Kate on topshop.com.
You’ll see flashes of the mood boards, swatches, and model inspiration, including, metallic-embroidered stars and hearts, boho paisley prints, vintage stripes, Glasto-ready laser cut eyelet patterns, and Kate in that iconic yellow vintage mini-dress. Plus, the supermodel/designer gives a teaser on how her personal life and experiences shaped the upcoming collection.
“It’s seven years since the first collection so I’ve grown up a lot and I learnt a lot the first time round,” Kate says in the Topshop video. “This collection is a bit more sophisticated. Everything in the collection is something I would definitely wear. I can’t wait to get my hands on it.”
