Bond girls are lucky girls. They are wearing the fantastic gowns designed by famous designers. I can’t wait to see the next James Bond film ‘Spectre’ (november 2015).

Costume designer Jany Temime, who worked on SkyFall, will once again dress Bond in the upcoming 24th installment of the Bond film franchise. What will she design?

But before that time… James Bond fans and fashionistas can visit the exhibition ‘Designing 007: Fifty Years of Bond Style’ at Kunsthal – Rotterdam.

I enjoyed it! More than 500 gadgets, costumes, iconic vehicles, storyboards, graphic designs and props, together with numerous film clips, present an unequalled   multimedia experience of the world of James Bond.

Especially the evening gowns caught my attention. Like the stunning purple gown (‘Casino Royale’ – 2006) designed and made for Eva Green by legendary fashion

designer Roberto Cavalli.

And Lupe Lamora in a red gown by Oscar de la Renta (‘Licence to Kill’ – 1989) Talisa Soto’s character.

I love this amazing costume of Grace Jones in her role as ‘May Day’ (‘A View to a Kill’ – 1985) by fashion designer Azzedine Alaia who worked with

costume designer Emma Porteous to create this dress.

All these fantastic and inspiring costumes and more in one exhibition, a must see!
